Claims Process

An unexpected loss or any damage to the contract works, your plant, machinery or equipment, as well as mechanical failure or breakdown of your machinery can result in huge losses to your business. In the event of an engineering claim, please contact your insurance adviser or the PT. Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia to discuss the situation and enquire about the process and procedures to lodge a claim.

• Erection All Risks (EAR) Claim Form
